Everyone knows the importance of being hydrated, especially during the heat of summer.

The best way of course is to drink plenty of water, but did you know you can hydrate by eating too? Like we need another excuse to eat, right?  

Luckily, these yummy recipes are healthy, nourishing and super hydrating. It is as though nature instinctively knows what our body needs during the hot, active days of the summer and provides cucumber, berries, watermelon, tomato and many more to re-hydrate and energize just when we need them most. Mid summer is when the harvest is full and plentiful.
